Let’s Make This GoodSeptember 3rd, 2008 @ 10:44 am
These days the word blog often carries with it a certain connotation, a typicality. Preteens with badly designed piczo pages, complete with a glitter image in every colour of the rainbow. One might think they’re delibrilately trying to blind us all and take over the last remaining specks of the sane internet world.
But let’s rewind for a second. Let’s remember that we all started somewhere, even those of us with a phobia of glittering piczos started out on the likes of xanga and freewebs. I began my internet life on Xanga, at the questionable age of 15, and here I am 5 years later - albiet with an empty blog and alot of dust. But I’m still here.
My point is, a blog isn’t just a collection of words and images, splattered around on a page. It doesn’t even have to be particularly pretty. In the slightly less delusional world, a blog is more an extension-of-self; a place where lunatics like me express things we normally probably wouldn’t mention in public.
So here it is. My blog. Let’s make this good.

OMG, the WP theme is soooo nice! I like.
And I can relate to you about the whole free web hosting service prior to getting properly hosted, but I wasn’t on a sub-domain for long, haha.
Anywho, hope to see more blogs before you end up changing this back to a collective, and then back to a blog, AND THEN back to a collective… or maybe in a few couple of months, it’ll become an art archive, who knows? LOL.
Cheerio, xoxo.
PS. This makes me wanna register my domain NOW. Argh…
